The Real Estate scenario in our country presents a very flourishing picture of progress. It is a very major employment generator in our country that facilitates growth and drives the economy of our country. Its contribution to GDP is a very instrumental one and innovation in infrastructure is the most sought after. Chennai, as the automobile hub of the nation, is a key performance indicator for the FDI boost in South India.

Chennai Real Estate Agents Association (CREAA), a non-profit entity, was started in 1999 by competent professionals who were and are principally Real Estate Consulting Agents and Companies based out of Chennai. The membership is currently 120+, most of whom have been catering to the needs of Corporates and Individuals in the areas of Commercial, Rental, Lease, Retail, Layouts, Residential Flats and Real Estate consulting for over a decade across the state.
